It wasn't just one thing. It was EVERYTHING!

We knew that there was so much more to life than what we were doing. While Jason had previous experience in leadership, management, business ownership and even politics! --- Chelsea had spent a number of years working her way up in a single company. Both of us felt the pressures of our jobs, plus dealing with infertility, and trying to grow our family taking a toll on us.

There was no way that we were born to only sleep, eat, work, repeat! And we knew that we hadn't gotten married to only spend weekends and vacations together... we wanted to spend every waking minute with each other. We just didn't know where to even start. Until we met some amazingly successful people!

After having some doors opened to us by the very young and VERY successful people we had met, it was clear to us that we both had a lot of GROWING (up) to do.

We had spent far too long going in opposite directions and it was time to unify. Creating a vision for our life TOGETHER was the best thing we could do for our children. They needed us to become the best versions of ourselves, to show up every day.

Seeking to increase our knowledge base and skills, we started to work on ourselves. Consuming books on leadership, parenting, marriage, business, finance and personal development. Listening to podcasts based on success, growth mindset, unlearning harmful behaviours, becoming limitless and overall entrepreneurship. 

We started working with our own coaches, and mentors, relationship experts, parenting pros, and mindset gurus. And for more than 5 years now, we have worked with other couples and individuals to help them elevate themselves, repair their relationships, develop their dreams, fix their finances, and be authentically abundant in their lives as a whole.
